These ranged from providing Global Distribution Systems (GDS) representation to online sales & marketing services to growing Online Travel Agents (OTA) production. Alliance and its assets were then successfully sold to Perle Hotels Ltd in September 2019.Business Strategy and Funding

Located in the heart of the Highlands of Scotland, we purchased the derelict Glencoe hospital building during the summer of 2011. Following a comprehensive programme of renovation works, Glencoe House opened in 2012 as Scotland’s only all-suite, 5-star luxury hotel featuring a unique in-suite dining concept. • 2014 joined Luxury Scotland, an exclusive collection of the finest luxury hotels in Scotland. • 2016 first UK hotel to join Romantik Hotels which feature over 550 independent exclusive hotels throughout Europe and 120 hotels in Asia. • The success of Glencoe House can be gauged by consistently outstanding guest reviews. o Tripadvisor – 504 reviews with 93% at 5 star securing the number 1 position for all luxury hotels in Scotland (as of September 2019) o Booking.com – overall guest rating of 9.6 out of 10 (as of September 2019) o Google reviews – guest rating of 4.8 out of 5.0 (as of September 2019) • 2019 Glencoe House is sold to Perle Hotels Ltd
